Camille Miller: A Ginger Rogers fix

Ahhhhhh, I have always loved the idea of being able to dance eloquently. For me, this is not one of my talents. I have mastered the side to side step, along with some 'sprinkler' thrown in for fun, maybe a 'stir the pot' if I am really, REALLY feeling sexy...Hopefully you can visualize these fine dance steps that I have mastered, and understand that my artistic attributes do not include much movement whatsoever!
We all know of the famous dancer Ginger Rogers...So elegant, and beautiful...Sophisticated and STRONG. She inspired me in one of my songs off of my latest album. I showed what I had written so far to a friend of mine Adrienne Pierce. I sent her a little video of Sammy (my son) and I working on the song, asking her if she could write something for it as well...She came back shortly with some fantastic lyrics, really tying in the whole ' Ginger Rogers ' theme and added a funky 3/4 waltz part to it....

I was thinking about love when I wrote this song, and how I wanted to be that magical partner, the silent partner in crime, the other half of an infamous duo...You know like Batman and Robin...Or Ernie and Bert, or Frida and Diego, But I was also dreaming of love like a 1935 screenplay...Exciting,Exhilarating,NEW,romantic and Eloquent.

Everything that my dancing is NOT!

So now I am thinking of a video.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
